Course maintenance (Sept. 17, 2023)
This maintenance activity was conducted in the Kita-Ibaraki area.
Once again, a new route had to be developed, but thanks to the hard work of the cooperative team, we were able to successfully complete the work on the target section.

| Since this time’s itinerary is somewhat longer and includes a newly established route, we will hold a thorough preliminary meeting. | Before maintenance activities, we pray for safety at “Hanazono Shrine”. The clean air and solemn atmosphere help to tighten up and calm the mind. |

| After praying for safety, it was time to depart! | Although it was a warm day, it was a bit cool along the mountain stream, and we proceeded feeling the cool air. |

| Although the days are still hot, the mountains are gradually showing signs of autumn. | The moderate sunlight and the natural greenery will also support your back on the uphill journey. |

| Again, there are a few areas with bush conditions like this. We started maintenance. | We will also carefully work on areas where there are steps. |

| At first glance, some parts of the road may seem impassable… | For trekking trails that are soft and easy to walk on! |

| The course winds through the roots of magnificent trees.It is quite acrobatic and a good accent. | Carefully, with the waterfall on the side, the cool feeling on the skin is very pleasant. |

| An occasional waterfall. Beautiful mountain stream. Trekking while feeling close to these places is one of the unique pleasures of this area. | The new route was successfully completed, although the distance traveled was a little over 10 km. Thank you to everyone who participated. |
