The Hitachinokuni Long Trail, a circular trail that connects villages and mountains, is easily accessible, and you can start anywhere and plan how far you want to walk.

Access by train from Mito area
About 1.5 hours from Mito on the JR Suigun Line
Transfer to JR Suigun Line at Mito Station and get off at Fukuroda Station or Shimonomiya Station.
You can walk the central area opening course from Fukuroda Station, Shimonomiya Station, Saigane Station, etc.
Access by train from Tokyo area
About 3 hours from Tokyo by JR Suigun Line
Take the JR Joban Line to Mito Station.
Transfer to JR Suigun Line at Mito Station and get off at Fukuroda Station, etc.
You can walk the central area opening course from Fukuroda Station, Shimonomiya Station, Saigane Station, etc.
Access by train from Iwaki and Sendai area
About 3 hours from Iwaki by JR Suigun Line
Take the JR Joban Line to Mito Station.
Transfer to JR Suigun Line at Mito Station and get off at Fukuroda Station, etc.
You can walk the central area opening course from Fukuroda Station, Shimonomiya Station, Saigane Station, etc.
About 4.5 hours from Sendai by JR Suigun Line
Take the JR Tohoku Line to Koriyama Station.
Transfer to JR Suigun Line at Koriyama Station and get off at Fukuroda Station, etc.

About 3 hours from Tokyo by Tokyo-Hitachidaigo line
Take the bus at Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit Bus Terminal and get off at Fukuroda Falls Entrance.

*For the Miyagawa Community Center parking lot, please use the parking lot portion along Route 118 as shown in the photo below.

*Parking is not allowed in the Tsukimachi-no-taki Momijien parking lot or Ichirou Apple Orchard parking lot. If you wish to park near Shimonomiya, please be sure to use the Miyagawa Community Center parking lot above.
*There is a limit to the number of cars that can be parked in the parking lot. Public transportation is recommended due to the busy season.
*There are no restrooms near the Miyagawa Community Center Parking Lot. We recommend using the following restrooms in advance.
