1. 1. Effect
By soliciting original item development plans and ideas for the Ibaraki Kenpoku Long Trail based on ingenuity and ingenuity, and subsidizing plans and ideas selected by the competition (hereinafter referred to as “competition”) method. The purpose is to promote the development of original items, thereby creating new attractions and increasing awareness of the Ibaraki Kenpoku Long Trail.

4) The plan should allow you to continue selling items that you have developed independently from the next fiscal year onward ( * 2 ).
5) The plan should not be aimed at politics, religion, or election campaigns.
6) The plan should not violate relevant laws and regulations.
7) The plan must be completed by March 10, 4th (Thursday), Reiwa.
8) The plan must not be eligible for other subsidies.

4. Selection method

The examination is conducted in two stages, the first examination (document examination) and the second examination (presentation examination).
We will evaluate the development plan with an emphasis on “uniqueness,” “characteristics,” “story,” and specific implementation and sales prospects.
(1) Primary examination (document examination)
・ We will judge based on the application form (we may conduct face-to-face or telephone hearings as necessary).
・ Even if the number of applications is less than the planned number of applications, we will not select a plan with a low evaluation as a result of the examination.
・ The selection result will be notified to the e-mail address stated in the application form and will be posted on the following website. (Scheduled to be posted on the website in November 3rd year of Reiwa)

(2) Second screening (presentation screening)

6. Precautions regarding application

If it is found that the matter is applicable after the adoption, the adoption will be canceled, and if the subsidy or prize money (hereinafter referred to as “subsidy, etc.”) has already been issued, the full amount will be refunded. ..
In addition, you will be required to pay the additional amount calculated at a rate of 10.95% per year according to the period from the date of receipt of the subsidy to the date of the order to return the subsidy.

7. Obligations of adopters, etc.

(1) Compliance with laws and regulations
Please comply with relevant laws and regulations when implementing the plan.
(2) Burden of damage
The adopter will bear all damages caused by the implementation of the plan, and Ibaraki Prefecture will not take any responsibility.
(3) Cooperation in reporting and investigation
Please cooperate with the following investigations and reports.
1) Progress (follow-up) survey by visiting the site of selection committee members, etc.
2) Presentation at the result report meeting
We will announce the original items we have developed and specific sales plans.

(4) Property management
Property acquired with assistance or with increased utility that falls under any of the following items shall not be used, transferred, exchanged, discarded, loaned or pledged against the purpose of implementing the plan. matter. However, this does not apply if the useful life of the property has expired or if the prefecture recognizes that it is particularly necessary.
In principle, the useful life shall be the period specified by the Ministry of Finance Ordinance (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 15 of 1965) regarding the useful life of depreciable assets.
