GEO&NATURE-NE01：Road of Salt, Road of Waterfalls
The “Salt Road” starting from NE-01 is an ancient road that transported marine products from the Pacific Ocean side in ancient times. Stone monuments that mark the route still remain, and together with the signposts along the Hitachinokuni Long Trail, they watch over the journey of those who walk it. The trail offers many sights along the way, including a spectacular mountain stream and a series of waterfalls.
