| Cancel | The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations after the application has been confirmed. Up to 1 week prior to the event: no cancellation fee 6 to 3 days prior to the event: 20% of the participation fee, 2 days to 1 day before the event/50% of the participation fee 100% of the participation fee if cancelled on the day of the event or no-show. In all cases, bank transfer charges will be deducted from the refund. |

Confirmation items for application
・Participants shall follow the instructions of the organizers and guides during the event, and shall take care of their own safety and health. In addition, those who are not feeling well on the day of the event should cancel their participation in the event.
